Tim is the Chef / Owner of Otium in Los Angeles – dubbed as “LA’s most ambitious restaurant in years…” by LA Times Food Critic Jonathan Gold. Nestled next to the famed Broad Museum in downtown LA, Otium has received critical acclaim for it’s “elevated rusticity” concept, and stays true to it’s name, which translates as “a space where time can be spent in leisure”.
There is a lot from the feel and aim of Otium that we at Frasca can identify with – our culinary team is so excited to collaborate with Chef Tim on a night that will prove to be rich, meaningful and relaxed all at once.
