Quattro Mani: Sardinian Exploration with Chef Kodi Simkins
& Alessandro Taras of Argiolas
Monday nights are always a welcome evening for us at Frasca Food and Wine – a chance to introduce guests to a favorite winemaker or importer of ours and for our culinary team to write a menu solely around the wine.
On this Monday, we are taking it a step further with QuattroMani (“four hands”). Frasca Chef Kodi Simkins will collaborate on a special four course menu with Chef Alessandro Taras who leads the culinary program at Argiolas – an esteemed winery in Sardinia.
Of course, to pair with this menu, we are thrilled to also have winemaker Antonio Argiolas pour his wines . Argiolas is located in the commune of Serdiana in Sardinia. Now run by the third generation, Argiolas is one of the premier producers of native varietals.
