Guest Chef Dinner: Blackberry Farm with Guest Winemakers

Blackberry Farm has long inspired Bobby, Lachlan and the Frasca Food and Wine Team. Situated in the idyllilc Great Smoky Mountains, the property is owned by the Beall Family, who have been proprietors of the farm for almost 40 years.
Joining us on June 20th will be Food & Beverage Director Andy Chabot, Chef of the Barn at Blackberry Farm Cassidee Dabney, and Chief Fermentation Officer Roy Milner. The four course tasting menu will feature our Frasca spin on traditional Foothills cuisine and Appalachian inspired ingredients.
In addition to Blackberry Farm guests, we are delighted to welcome back winemakers Jordan Salicto of Bellus Wines and Michael Cruse of Cruse Wine Co. We will also be pouring a Blackberry Farm Saison.
