Guest Chef Dinner: Nancy Silverton
Where to even begin with our next Guest Chef? A James Beard Award winning “Outstanding Chef” and “Outstanding Pastry Chef”, restaurateur, iconic baker, chef and author, we are thrilled to announce Nancy Silverton as our next Guest Chef!
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nancy began her career under Wolfgang Puck at his heralded restaurant, Spago. In 1989, she left Spago to open Campanile and La Brea Bakery – both highly lauded by the press, and an overnight success in Los Angeles. Most recently, she partnered with Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich to open Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, and Chi Spacca – all to much acclaim.
Nancy’s contribution to the LA restaurant scene has been beautifully documented in this season of Netflix’s Chefs Table – an Emmy nominated series. Nancy and our culinary team will be cooking dishes from her latest cookbook, “Mozza at Home”, and each guest will receive a signed copy to take home.
Time: Reservations begin at 5:00PM
