Monday Night Wine Dinner: Greg Brewer of Brewer Clifton
Greg Brewer and Steve Clifton are pioneers of the Sta Rita Hills appellation of the Central Coast. They founded Brewer Clifton winery in 1995. Throughout the late 90s and early 2000s, Brewer Clifton quickly made a name for itself as one of the most important wineries in California, producing succulent, yet balanced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and gaining international acclaim. By 2012 the winery produced wine exclusively from all estate fruit. Both Greg Brewer and Steve Clifton have joined us here at Frasca for Monday Night Wine Dinners in the past, and it is always a treat. We are thrilled to have Greg back. On this night we will feature one Chardonnay and two great Pinot Noirs. This is not a night to be missed for lovers of benchmark California Pinot.

White Truffle & Barolo Dinner with Guest Chef Michael Tusk
Our Annual White Truffle & Barolo Dinners at Frasca Food and Wine are two nights of the year we begin dreaming about as soon as the dinners the previous year end.
It’s safe to say that this year, all our dreams have come true.
We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our dinner this year, which will feature an exquisite tasting menu from Michelin 3-star chef Michael Tusk of Quince in San Francisco. On top of each dish will fall freshly shaven white truffles.
To accompany the menu, we have invited famed wine writer, David Lynch, to join us as our Guest Sommelier for the evening. He most notably penned “Vino Italiano” – a wine book that has long served the Frasca team as a beautiful introduction into the world of Italian wine. For the first time in Truffle Diner history, we will be pulling from our cellar wines that we have been holding onto for just the right occasion:
