May 31st At Home With: Early Summer Supper
Sunday is your new favorite day! Every Sunday moving forward, we will be offering an "At Home With" dinner kit. It's been incredible to "cook alongside you", and we have loved seeing your incredible work! Each week, we'll continue to introduce a dinner kit complete with all the portioned ingredients to make an incredible meal for two, accompanied with a bottle of hand selected wine.

This weekend, we celebrate the incredible bounty we get in that shoulder season between spring and summer. Ingredients like morels, English peas, ramp butter and white and green asparagus will give your plate a vibrant hue. The canvas? A beautiful piece of fish - halibut.
We will include all the portioned ingredients you need to make a delicious seared halibut dinner. For vegetarians, we have a beautiful cauliflower steak Chef Eduardo will show you how to expertly prepare.
Each dinner kit will come with fresh focaccia, a beautiful potato salad with dijon mustard vinagrette, capers and a farm egg, and two cannolis to finish off the night. (If you are gluten free or dairy free, let us know and we are happy to make accommodations!)
With dinner, you'll enjoy a bottle of crisp Sauvignon Blanc from one of our favorite winemakers, Dan Petroski of Massican. Inspired by the great Sauvignons of Friuli, it has extract and aromatic interest without heaviness. A far cry from the Sauvignon Blancs of New Zealand, Massican’s Sauvignon is all about melon and citrus rather than green pepper and grassy notes. A knockout for summer veggies and seafood.
Scheduled Pickup will be available in Boulder (at Frasca) and Denver (at Tavernetta) on Sunday, 5/31.
