Istituto Frasca Per Il Vino: Vinification & Viticulture
Join us for the second session in our Istituto series, Vinification & Viticulture, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process. This two hour class, taught by Master Sommelier and Frasca Food and Wine Owner Bobby Stuckey, will cover topics ranging from the effects of terroir and farming practices on wine, to the decisions winemakers make in the vineyard and how that impacts the final product, all while tasting through 10 great wines that best demonstrate the topic.
Time: 6:00PM – 8:00PM
