Guest Chef Dinner: Blackberry Mountain with Jasmine Hirsch & Michael Cruse
The perfect blend of hospitality, luxury and a sense of adventure, Blackberry Mountain is the newest property from our friends at Blackberry Farm. Situated along the Great Smoky Mountains, Blackberry Mountain is all about escaping the ordinary, and experiencing the extraordinary. We’re fortunate enough to bring a little of that Tennessee magic to Boulder on Monday, 6/17 with the two Executive Chefs of the property. Both with amazing stories to tell, we’re so excited to have Chef Josh Feathers (Exec. Chef of Three Sisters) and Chef Joel Werner (Exec. Chef of Firetower), along with Andy Chabot, the Food and Beverage Director of both Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain.
To match the level of cuisine, we’ve invited two of our favorite people in the wine world – Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards, and Michael Cruse of Cruse Wine Co. We’ll be pouring a flight of 4 wines alongside the chefs’ tasting menu.
