4/27 Pasta Omakase with Marc Vetri

Frasca Food and Wine welcomes Marc Vetri — chef, author, and founder of Vetri Cucina — for a one-night-only dinner celebrating his latest release, The Pasta Book. 

Hosted in partnership with Pathstone, the evening opens with a Champagne reception before moving into a multi-course pasta omakase drawn directly from the cookbook's pages, prepared and presented by Chef Vetri himself. 

Curated wine pairings, along with a signed copy of The Pasta Book, are included for each guest. Designed as a single seating around communal tables, this is an intimate evening meant to be shared. Please note that dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated for this event.
