Join us for a night of culinary excellence as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Frasca Food and Wine with an exclusive dinner in Austin, hosted in collaboration with our friends at Uchi. Presented by Chase Sapphire Reserve, this extraordinary evening will pay homage to a shared history of innovation, passion, and commitment to excellence that has defined both establishments for two decades.

In 2005, just one year after Frasca opened its doors and two years after Uchi began captivating Austin, both founding chefs - Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasca and Chef Tyson Cole of Uchi were honored as Best New Chefs by Food & Wine Magazine. This special dinner brings together these visionary restaurants in a celebration of their journey with a collaborative menu that will take you from Japan to Friuli. 

Guests will indulge in a meticulously crafted menu that marries the soulful flavors of Frasca's Italian cuisine with Uchi's modern Japanese artistry. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines, reflecting the rich culinary traditions that have made both restaurants iconic destinations in the world of dining
