Assistant General Manager
David began his storied hospitality career when he was just 15 years old as a busser. Originally from Kansas City, he has experience growing small independent restaurants along with working for industry giants like Darden Restaurants, opening and managing several Eddie V’s Prime Seafood restaurants.
“The business side is a lot of fun for me - you get to take all the energy of a restaurant and see what you can do with it. It's an added bonus that talking to guests and pouring wine brings a lot of joy, too.”
He joined the Tavernetta team in June of 2021 and became a Floor Manager in August of 2022. In May 2023, he became the Assistant General Manager of Frasca Food and Wine.
