Assistant General Manager
Originally from Kansas City, David began his hospitality story when he was just 16 years old working as a busser at a local brewery, where he first discovered his passion for the hospitality industry. This initial curiosity turned into a storied career — working over the past 15 years in several capacities. From running several award-winning wine and beverage programs to working as a Sous Chef to restaurant operations, growing small independent restaurants along with working for the largest full-service restaurant company in the world, David has truly done it all.
In addition to the pursuit of knowledge, excellence, and providing outstanding hospitality at every turn, building teams and empowering his colleagues is central to David’s ethos. “I have always been interested in the education and development of the team around me. Growing a team to go above and beyond what we as individuals can achieve alone.”
David joined Frasca Hospitality Group in early 2021, beginning at our sibling restaurant, Tavernetta, eventually moving to Frasca Food and Wine in May of 2023 as the Assistant General Manager.
