1/14 Tastemaker Dinner with Williams Selyem
January 14, 2026 06:00 PM until January 14, 2026
The Story Behind the Tastemaker Series
The most memorable wine experiences happen when a winemaker welcomes you into their home—sharing food, opening bottles, and telling the stories that shaped them. It’s intimate, illuminating, and unforgettable. Our Tastemaker Dinner series is designed to capture that same spirit: one table, a shared evening, and a sense of true connection. Each menu is crafted with the terroir in mind—because if it grows together, it goes together—creating a night where exceptional wines, thoughtful cooking, and genuine hospitality transport guests to the heart of each region.
Origins & Icons: A Williams Selyem Celebration
Join us for an intimate Tastemaker Dinner celebrating the legacy of Williams Selyem, the Russian River Valley icon that helped redefine American Pinot Noir. Guests will dine alongside two of the voices shaping the winery today: Philip O’Connor, VP of Sales & Marketing, whose global sommelier background spans harvests across Barolo, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Napa, and Sonoma, and Winemaker Jeff Mangahas, who has led Williams Selyem since 2011. Together, they’ll share the winery’s journey from its serendipitous 1970s beginnings to its cult-status acclaim, guiding guests through rare bottlings, rich stories, and the enduring pursuit of excellence that continues to define Williams Selyem.
