Why do you require deposits for your reservations?

Frasca Food and Wine is a hospitality-based restaurant that is intent on creating a world-class and captivating experience for our guests. Pre-paid reservations make the reservations system more efficient, by allowing us to anticipate who is coming in and giving us the opportunity to customize each experience. This lets our team focus on providing the highest level of service and dining possible.


Where does my deposit go?

Any deposit that you have paid in order to secure a reservation will be refunded if you cancel outside of 48 hours. We also refund every deposit upon your party's arrival to the restaurant the evening of your reservation. Your deposit will not be applied to your final bill.


Booking system logout times:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.


Can I get a refund once I've paid a deposit? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

Should your plans change, reservations can be canceled (and your deposit will be refunded) if you inform us more than 48 hours in advance of the reservation time. Within 48 hours of the reservation date, we'd be happy to assist in re-scheduling your reservation to a different night (pending availability) and the deposit can be transferred. Please don't hesitate to reach out reservations@frascafoodandwine.com or (303) 442-6966 for assistance in rescheduling a reservation. Please note that ticketed or special events may have a different cancellation policy.


Can I use a gift card to pay for my reservation deposit?

No. Please go ahead and pay your deposit with a credit card and we will make sure it gets refunded. You may use your gift card to pay for the experience!


When do you typically offer reservations?

We operate with two main seatings in our dining room each night. Therefore, we generally do not offer reservations between 6:30PM and 7:00PM. 


What is your dress code?

Frasca is known as a special occasion restaurant, and we look forward to celebrating life’s cherished moments with you. While we don’t have a formal dress code, we find that most guests err on the dressier side.


What is your parking situation?

There is pay-to-park street parking surrounding the restaurant, as well as a parking garage on 14th and Pearl Street. Unfortunately, we do not offer valet parking.


Does Frasca Food and Wine allow corkage?

It is against Colorado Liquor Law for us to offer corkage. Our team of talented sommeliers is on hand to assist you in selecting something great to drink.


How far in advance are reservations released?

Reservations are made available on our website roughly 60 days out to the week. We release availability on Mondays at 11:00 AM Mountain Time. 


Can I make a reservation for more than 8 guests on your website?

Tables in our dining room comfortably accommodate parties of up to 8 guests. If you would like to inquire about booking a party larger than 8 guests, please contact our event coordinators at events@frascafoodandwine.com.


Is it appropriate to bring my children?

You are more than welcome to bring along your little ones. Be sure to include your child in the guest count upon booking your reservation and please contact our reservations team if you will be in need of a high chair.


What happens if I am running late?

If you are running late, please contact the restaurant via our main phone line (303) 442-6966 or by sending an email to reservations@frascafoodandwine.com. Please note that arriving more than fifteen minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.


Do you offer outdoor seating?

We do not offer outdoor seating at this time.


Do I need to decide which menu to enjoy before booking?

No. When booking a dining room reservation or bar seating reservation, you will have the choice of partaking in either our Quattro Piatti menu or Friulano Tasting menu upon your arrival to the restaurant.

Quattro Piatti

The Quattro Piatti menu can be modified to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including celiac, dairy free, and vegan. Please contact reservations@frascafoodandwine.com for information regarding any additional allergies.


Friulano Tasting Menu

We are able to make adjustments to this menu to accommodate gluten free or vegetarian options, but regretfully decline all other dietary requests, including dairy free. Please contact our team directly for information regarding celiac modifications.

Do you offer a wine pairing program with the Quattro Piatti menu?

The customizable nature of the Quattro Piatti results in a variety of four course menu combinations. While we do not offer a prix fixe wine flight to accompany the Quattro Piatti menu, we are happy to arrange wine pairings from our by the glass wine list to accompany your personalized choices.
