Our dinner series with Chase Sapphire Reserve continues, and we're thrilled to host this special Sapphire Reserve cardmember-only evening on Thursday, 11/19.
For one night in Denver, Frasca teams up with Top Chef winner and Food Network Tournament of Champions IV champion Chef Mei Lin for a menu that doesn't exist anywhere else: a five-course steakhouse dinner where the flavors of her Chinese-American upbringing collide with Frasca's Italian kitchen and wine program. Think chili crunch spooned over burrata, linguine con black bean vongole, black pepper steak with ginger scallion gremolata, and a flambéed Baked Alaska.
Mei built her name in some of the country's most acclaimed kitchens and has earned honors from GQ, Food & Wine, and multiple James Beard Award nominations along the way. We are so honored to welcome Chef Mei to Denver!
