Frasca Food and Wine is honored to welcome Marc Vetri, the acclaimed chef and founder of Vetri Cucina, for a one-night-only cookbook dinner celebrating his latest release, The Pasta Book.

Hosted in partnership with Pathstone, this intimate evening will feature an omakase-style tasting menu drawn directly from the pages of Chef Vetri’s new cookbook, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience these recipes as they were intended—prepared and presented by the chef himself. Throughout the night, diners will enjoy a progression of handmade pasta courses that highlight the craftsmanship, tradition, and creativity that have defined Chef Vetri’s career.

The evening begins with a Champagne reception followed by a multi-course pasta tasting inspired by The Pasta Book. Curated wine pairings are included as part of the experience, along with a signed copy of the cookbook for each guest.

This special cookbook dinner brings together the spirit of Italian hospitality, culinary storytelling, and the artistry of handmade pasta for a memorable night at Frasca Food and Wine.

Due to the nature of this event, all dietary restrictions are politely declined.

Dinner begins at 6PM | An intimate, one-seating experience designed around generously sized communal tables.
