On June 22nd, Frasca Food and Wine hosts an exceptional one-night guest chef dinner as we welcome the team from Blackberry Farm, the legendary Relais & Châteaux resort nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Celebrating fifty years of Beall family ownership, this dinner is a rare opportunity to experience one of America's most storied culinary traditions in an equally singular setting. Executive Chef Cassidee Dabney brings the soul of Appalachia to Boulder — a cuisine rooted in deep place, rendered with elegance, and inseparable from the land and hands behind it. This evening is presented in partnership with Pathstone.
