On July 30, Frasca Food and Wine welcomes Chef Val Cantú of San Francisco's two-Michelin-starred Californios for one extraordinary evening. In partnership with Pathstone, this rare collaboration brings together two restaurants united by a shared commitment to craft, seasonality, and the pleasures of the table.

The first Mexican restaurant in the country to earn two Michelin stars, Californios is one of the most celebrated restaurants in America - its tasting menu deeply rooted in both Mexican culinary tradition and California spirit. For one night, his vision meets Frasca's beloved Colorado table.
