8/4 & 8/5 Frasca x 22 Years

In 2004, Frasca Food and Wine opened its doors in Boulder, carrying the warmth and spirit of our north star, Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia. What's humbled us most in the years since is not the seasons we have weathered, but the way our community has rallied around us, grown with us, and returned, again and again, to the table.

Twenty-two years is long enough to welcome generations of the same family, to mark first dates and last toasts. It has been our greatest honor to celebrate with you, grieve with you, and become part of the rhythm of people's lives in ways a restaurant can only hope for. And in every chapter of Frasca, you have met us with an enthusiasm that we do not take lightly.

On August 4th and 5th, we are celebrating our 22nd anniversary with a menu drawn from Frasca's all-time greatest hits, paired (naturally) with wines from Friuli. We hope you will join us for an evening of shared memories, and raise a glass to many more.
