8/4 & 8/5 Frasca's 21st Anniversary Dinners

On August 4th, 2004, Frasca Food and Wine opened its doors and brought a little Friulian magic to Boulder. Twenty-one years later, we’re proud to still be setting the table, thanks to you, our incredible Frasca guests.

To mark the milestone, we invite you to join us on 8/4 and 8/5 for two special evenings celebrating our journey.

We’re reviving a menu of greatest hits - beloved dishes that have shaped our story - paired with wines from our guiding region, Friuli. It’s our way of raising a glass to the memories we've shared and the many still to come.
