Celebrating 20 Years of Frasca Food and Wine

On August 4, 2004, Frasca Food and Wine opened its doors on 18th & Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado with 12 tables and the ambition to be the world’s greatest neighborhood restaurant. 

Through all the highs and lows that have happened within our neighborhood, world, and everywhere in between, we have remained resolute in our commitment to offer hospitality to all who walk through our doors. 

To commemorate Frasca Food and Wine’s 20th anniversary, we are embarking on a year-long culinary journey. This will be a celebration of the past, present and future of fine dining — those who have built us, informed us, and inspired us.

The slate of 20th anniversary events will honor the community that has shaped, informed and inspired us. We’ll be celebrating with chefs who influenced us long before Frasca was open and chefs who, although geographically far away, feel like family.

These events will be celebratory and exceptionally intimate, only offering one seating per night in communal-style seating. Each night will feature a thoughtfully curated tasting menu with wine pairings developed in partnership with the Frasca team and our visiting guests.

We hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone alongside us throughout the year.
